Job summary

Merit Medical Systems seeks a Strategic Accounts Director remote to oversee IDN and Health System relationships nationwide. You will craft strategies with Sales and National Accounts, negotiate shared value agreements, and expand market penetration while aligning with GPO contracts.

The role requires seven-plus years in medical sales/marketing, strong executive communication, and proven negotiation and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• 7+ years of medical sales/marketing/clinical experience.
• Excellent communication and ability to engage executives.
• Ability to work independently with strong presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with IDNs at executive level.
• Negotiate and manage shared value agreements with IDN customers.
• Expand market penetration and align IDN strategies with GPOs.
• Represent Merit at GPO/IDN meetings and educate customers.
• Collaborate with regional teams and provide training to sales staff.
