The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of sales experience, including executive-level negotiations, CRM proficiency, and strong communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 6+ years of relevant sales work experience.
• Proven negotiation skills for securing advantageous agreements.
• Experience influencing stakeholders up to executive level.
• Proficient in CRM software and MS Office.
• Nursing/healthcare education knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand relationships with strategically important large customers.
• Understand clients' business processes, goals, and strategies to align offerings.
• Identify stakeholders and champions; manage relationships to ensure retention and loyalty.
• Develop account growth strategies and cross-sell opportunities.
• Prepare sales strategies, win messages, and presentations; negotiate and close deals.
• Ensure delivery of Ascend solutions and provide regular account reports.
