Job summary

Honeywell Technologies is seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager for Advanced Detection. You will manage key accounts, drive revenue growth, and tailor solutions to meet client needs while building lasting relationships with end users, architects, and engineers.

This remote role requires 75%+ travel and reports to the Director of Sales. You will collaborate across functions, lead contract negotiations, monitor market trends, and contribute to Honeywell's leadership in life safety

Qualifications

• 10+ years of life safety account management or sales experience.
• Proven track record managing key accounts and driving revenue growth.
• Proficiency with CRM and Microsoft Office Suite to manage accounts and analyze sales data.

Responsibilities

• Create and nurture relationships with key accounts, serving as primary contact for end-users, architects, engineers, and authorities having jurisdiction.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value-added solutions.
• Lead contract negotiations and ensure customer satisfaction through effective account management.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous growth.
