Job summary

Essity is seeking a Strategic Account Executive to cover INCO clients in the South region. This remote role requires 5+ years in Key Account Management in healthcare, with strong prospecting, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Travel up to 80% to manage distribution partners and end users. You will lead account strategies, grow the incontinence portfolio, and collaborate with senior management to drive profitable sales across the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and/or 5+ years of Key Account Management experience in Healthcare.
• Proven track record in medical sales and key account management.
• Willingness to travel 80% and cover assigned geography.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new business and maintain existing Essity customers.
• Manage relations with distribution reps and end user locations within territory.
• Drive growth via premium products, pricing strategy, and cross-sell opportunities.
• Plan and attend local territory and national trade shows.
