Job summary

Essity North America Inc. is seeking a Strategic Account Executive for the INCO South region. This remote role covers the Southern US, with travel to accounts and distribution partners, reporting to the Senior Strategic Account Manager – INCO.

The candidate should have a strong background in healthcare sales and long-term care markets. The role demands strategic account management skills, market growth focus, and the ability to lead from the front, leveraging Essity’s full product portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years in Key Account Management in healthcare.
• 5+ years in medical sales or Key Account Management.
• Experience in Long-Term Care market.
• Willingness to travel overnight (80%).

Responsibilities

• Prospect new business, upsell, and maintain current accounts.
• Maintain service to assigned Essity customers.
• Manage relations with distribution reps and end users within territory.
• Target accounts for premium products and line extensions.
• Drive growth via comprehensive product assortment and pricing.
• Build rapport with distribution partners and Essity counterparts.
• Support customer and business reviews.
• Plan and attend local territory and national trade shows.
• Develop and execute business plans through quarterly reviews with partners.
• Maintain CRM and expense systems; adhere to Essity processes.
