Job summary

US Foods seeks a Project Manager - Store Development to lead end-to-end execution of retail store construction and renovation projects, coordinating with Real Estate, Store Operations, Merchandising, IT and Finance to ensure on-time, within-scope and on-brand delivery. This virtual/remote role can be performed from anywhere in the United States except Hawaii or U.S.

Territories, with about 50% travel. Requires five years in retail management or project management and proficiency with PM tools

Qualifications

• Five years of retail management and/or project management experience.
• Proficiency with PM tools such as MS Project, Excel, AutoCAD, or equivalents.
• Willingness to travel 50% and manage multiple projects across geographies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee remodels, store refurbishments and facility maintenance projects.
• Develop and maintain project plans with timelines, budgets, scope, and resources.
• Coordinate with Real Estate, Store Ops, Merchandising, IT and Finance throughout lifecycles.
• Liaise with architects, engineers, GC contractors and external partners.
• Prepare estimates and manage project budgets from $5,000 to $1M+.
