The role spans collaboration with infrastructure teams, optimization of replication strategies, and performance tuning of storage engines in a fully remote, global team environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Software Engineering with focus on storage systems.
• Proven expertise in distributed storage solutions using C/C++, Go, or Rust.
• Hands-on experience with distributed file systems and object stores like Ceph or MinIO.
• Deep understanding of data durability, consistency models, and replication strategies.
• Proficiency in building and managing large-scale block storage architectures.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable distributed storage solutions using C++, Go, or Rust.
• Architect object and file storage systems for high availability and efficient data retrieval at petabyte scale.
• Optimize data durability and consistency to maintain integrity across distributed environments.
