Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in systems engineering, storage administration, or systems programming.
• Experience designing and managing distributed storage systems like Ceph, MinIO, or S3-compatible solutions.
• Proficiency in C/C++, Go, or Rust for systems development.
• Understanding of data durability, consistency models, and replication strategies.
• Experience building and operating block, file, or object storage at scale.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Architect and maintain distributed storage solutions to handle massive data volumes with high reliability.
• Implement and optimize durability and consistency models to protect data integrity across clusters.
• Develop low-level systems code to enhance performance of storage services.
• Automate storage provisioning and lifecycle management to streamline operations.
• Monitor system health and performance, address replication bottlenecks.
