Job summary

Voya Financial, Inc. is seeking a Claims Analyst to review complex claims and related situations, guiding decisions that may require deviation from guidelines. This role may be remote or hybrid, with responsibilities including directing junior staff and improving processing controls.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of claims experience, strong Excel skills, and proven analytical abilities. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries from managers, brokers, general agents, and administrators.
• Provide direction, training, and mentoring to less experienced staff; audit and provide feedback.
• Manage claim suspense accounts for accurate processing and financial reporting.
• Assist in process improvements and participate in special initiatives.
