Job summary

ICEYE is seeking a State and Local Strategic Account Manager to own relationships with government agencies and sell our flood and disaster resilience solutions. You will build and manage pipelines from prospecting through close, engaging emergency management, GIS teams, and procurement officers while traveling for key events.

You will work with the Head of Government Solutions, North America, to shape short- and long-term sales strategy, forecast accurately, and deliver value to non-technical

Qualifications

• Proven experience selling to state and local government
• Demonstrated consultative sales approach with outcome focus
• Track record of self-sourcing pipeline and closing deals
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Willingness to travel for meetings and events

Responsibilities

• Sell a full portfolio of disaster and resilience solutions to government agencies
• Conduct consultative discovery discussions and map needs to ICEYE solutions
• Lead full sales cycles: demos, proposals, pricing, and negotiation
• Navigate RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, and grant funding processes
• Translate geospatial concepts for technical and executive audiences
• Develop relationships with emergency management, GIS, and procurement staff
• Collaborate with North America leadership on sales strategy
• Maintain accurate forecasts, pipelines, and account plans in CRM
• Occasionally travel for on-site demos and industry events
