Job summary

ICEYE is seeking a State and Local Strategic Account Manager to own relationships with state and local government agencies and sell ICEYE’s full disaster-response portfolio. You will prospect, discover, and close deals, translating geospatial insights into actionable outcomes for emergency managers and public safety leaders.

You will build and manage a pipeline, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and navigate complex procurement processes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience selling complex, multi-stakeholder solutions to state and local government.
• Demonstrated consultative sales approach, with ability to diagnose needs and map to outcomes.
• A track record of self-sourcing pipeline, closing deals, and meeting or exceeding quota.

Responsibilities

• Sell a full portfolio of disaster solutions to state and local agencies.
• Lead consultative discovery to map agency challenges to ICEYE solutions.
• Own full sales cycle from prospecting to close, including demos and proposals.
• Navigate government procurement processes and funding mechanisms.
• Translate geospatial concepts into clear value for technical and executive audiences.
• Develop relationships with stakeholders across state and local government.
• Collaborate with North America leadership on sales strategy and forecasts.
• Maintain forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and account plans in CRM.
• Travel occasionally for onsite meetings, events, and workshops.
