CSAA Insurance Group (CSAA IG) seeks a State Product Associate to serve as the primary contact for assigned states, ensuring products meet local regulatory requirements while collaborating with cross-functional teams. This remote role supports multiple home telework locations across the United States.

You will monitor regulatory changes, analyze market data, and present findings to inform strategy and responses. The SME in local markets will guide new product implementations.

Competenze

• 4 years of related work experience.
• Familiarity with state insurance regulatory landscape and market, including rate, rules and forms.
• Understanding of insurance products.
• Strong analytical and processing skills with ability to see the big picture and make solid recommendations
• Strong communication skills; ability to communicate clearly to a wide variety of stakeholders.
• Ability to partner successfully with others
• Ability to deliver formal presentations with support
• Organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Analyzes available data to identify trends and issues in assigned territory, reviewing findings with leadership.

• Works in highly consultative role and presents issues, with management support, to senior management (regularly up to Dir level).
• Supports new product implementation as the SME in the local market.
• Participates in cross-functional projects (e.g., system defects, discounts, forms, contracting changes)
