Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group (CSAA IG) is seeking a State Product Associate for a remote role across the United States. You will serve as the main contact for assigned states, navigate local regulations, and help deliver compliant products in line with market needs.

With a BA/BS and at least four years of relevant experience, you will analyze regulatory data, communicate findings to leadership, and collaborate across teams to implement product changes and improve market competitiveness.

Qualifications

• 4 years of related work experience.
• BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
• Familiarity with state insurance regulatory landscape and market, including rate, rules and forms.
• Understanding of insurance products.
• Strong analytical and processing skills with ability to see the big picture and make solid recommendations
• Strong communication skills; ability to communicate clearly to a wide variety of stakeholders.
• Ability to partner successfully with others
• Ability to deliver formal presentations with support
• Organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Acts as a primary point of contact for assigned states.
• Researches and stays current on local regulatory conditions and informs market approaches.
• Analyzes available data to identify trends and issues in the territory, reviewing findings with leadership.
• Translates findings into appropriate applications, such as process changes or strategy recommendations.
• Works in a highly consultative role and presents issues, with management support, to senior management.
• Supports new product implementation as the SME in the local market.
• Participates in cross-functional projects (e.g., system defects, discounts, forms, contracting changes).
