CSAA Insurance Group (CSAA IG) is seeking a State Product Associate to operate remotely across the United States with a focus on state-specific regulatory compliance and product delivery. You will understand local markets, analyse regulatory data, and coordinate with leaders to implement compliant product strategies.

You will act as a primary contact for assigned states, delivering insights, and supporting cross-functional initiatives while adapting to a fast-paced environment and a remote-first

Competenze

• 4 years of related work experience.
• BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
• Familiarity with state insurance regulatory landscape and market, including rate, rules and forms.
• Understanding of insurance products.
• Strong analytical and processing skills with ability to see the big picture and make solid recommendations.
• Strong communication skills; ability to communicate clearly to a wide variety of stakeholders.
• Ability to partner successfully with others.
• Ability to deliver formal presentations with support.
• Organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
