Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is hiring a State Product Associate - Remote. You will act as the primary contact for assigned states, staying current on local regulatory conditions and working across the organization to deliver compliant products.

The role requires strong analysis, communication, and the ability to present complex issues to senior leadership. You will partner with multiple teams, support new product implementations as the SME in your market, and participate in cross-functional projects

Qualifications

• 4 years of related work experience.
• BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
• Familiarity with state insurance regulatory landscape and market, including rate, rules and forms.
• Understanding of insurance products.
• Strong analytical and processing skills with ability to see the big picture and make solid recommendations.
• Strong communication skills; ability to communicate clearly to a wide variety of stakeholders.
• Ability to partner successfully with others.
• Ability to deliver formal presentations with support.
• Organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as a primary point of contact for assigned states and understand the local regulatory landscape.
• Work across the organization with leadership to deliver products in compliance with local markets.
• Research local regulatory conditions and analyze data to identify trends and issues in assigned territory.
• Translate findings into process changes and inform strategy.
• Present issues to senior management with management support.
• Support new product implementation as the SME in the local market.
• Participate in cross-functional projects such as system defects and contracting changes.
