Qualifications

• Minimum of eight years of software engineering experience with large-scale systems.
• Deep proficiency in one or more backend or full stack languages (e.g. Java, Go, Python, TypeScript).
• Strong knowledge of distributed systems, APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases and cloud infra (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes, and observability practices.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement core services and APIs with a focus on scalability and security.
• Provide technical leadership across projects and guide design and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with product, design, and other engineers to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Lead code/design reviews and maintain technical documentation and RFCs.
• Address production issues to ensure reliability and uptime.
• Promote engineering best practices and coach junior engineers.
