Job summary

Twilio Inc. is seeking a Staff Product Manager to shape the next generation of identity products. You will scale Twilio's core identity product, delivering secure, developer-first identity experiences, and partner with leadership to design and deliver high-impact features.

You will own product direction, translate customer needs into capabilities, and build roadmaps across identity authentication, authorization, and emerging use cases. This is a startup-like, high-ownership role within Twilio.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in product management or 2+ years in product management and 3+ years in an engineering role.
• Experience in building deeply technical products and/or products for developers.
• Strong technical, analytical, and UI/UX design understanding.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design product capabilities for Identity platform and build new products for agentic and human identity use cases.
• Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to set direction and build the roadmap.
• Collaborate across Twilio teams to align on product direction and unblock cross-team initiatives.
• Author PRFAQs and product requirement docs; work with engineering and design to realize ideas.
• Design developer experiences that delight customers and operate with strong ownership.
• Be the voice of the customer in conversations and decisions to build world class products.
