Kapitus is building a next-generation enterprise data and AI capability to replace legacy analytics with governed data products. As a Data Product Manager, you own data products through their full life cycle — from business problem and value hypothesis, through business case, build, launch, adoption, and usage reporting, to retirement of products and the legacy reports they replace.

Qualifications

• Identify business problems worth solving with data and quantify impact.
• Define outcome-driven metrics linked to goals (revenue, risk, experience).
• Own usage reporting and portfolio scorecards.
• Translate vague needs into well-defined product requirements with acceptance criteria.
• Link requirements to platform architecture and data contracts.

Responsabilités

• Elicit requirements via stakeholder interviews and journey mapping.
• Turn requirements into product definitions with owners and SLAs.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering and Governance in Agile/Scrum.
• Coordinate between U.S. and India teams for alignment and delivery.
• Sunset legacy workflows that no longer deliver business value.
