Job summary

Chase is seeking a Product Manager in Data Management to shape the future of data tooling. You will drive end-to-end product life cycle, define strategy, and collaborate across teams to launch scalable data products that deliver strong client experiences in a fast-moving environment.

You will work on enterprise data modeling tooling capabilities, ensuring scalability, resiliency, and stability while aligning with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management or related domain.
• Deep knowledge of product life cycle, design and data analytics.
• Experience leading discovery, ideation, requirements and value management.
• Strong delivery capability and change readiness activities.
• Ability to drive cross-functional teams and go-live plans.
• Experience in release management and deployment strategies.
• Technical background with AWS, Big Data, Snowflake and SQL; JIRA and Agile skills.
• Foundational data modeling concepts (conceptual, logical, physical).

Responsibilities

• Develops a product strategy and vision delivering customer value.
• Manages discovery and market research and links to the roadmap.
• Owns backlog to support strategic roadmap and value.
• Builds framework and tracks success metrics like cost, features, risk, reliability.
• Leads end-to-end delivery, release management, operationalization and reporting.
• Carries out quantitative and qualitative analyses for business cases.
• Leads change management across partners and ensures risk/compliance adherence.
• Communicates solutions and insights to stakeholders.
• Promotes industry standards for data ontology and semantic modeling.
