Job summary

The Staff Pharmacist role is remote and requires licensure in one of the eligible states (AZ, IN, OH, FL). During training you will follow ET hours, then schedules are assigned per placement. You will interpret prescriptions, verify information, and coordinate with doctors to ensure timely processing of orders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy required.
• PharmD preferred.
• Active pharmacist license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Consult with patients regarding medication use and interactions.
• Contact physicians for new or transfer authorizations.
• Collaborate with physicians to convert to generic or preferred drugs.
• Interpret prescriptions and verify information to expedite orders.
• Provide oversight and quality assurance to pharmacy technicians.
• Back up other pharmacists as needed and train staff.
