Responsibilities

Scale and optimize the conversation platform to support hundreds of millions of users across chat channels.
Design scalable API abstractions for the conversation platform and engineer robust, maintainable infrastructure.
Champion best practices in coding, API design, scalability, and performance; drive excellence across teams.
Collaborate with ML engineers, application engineers, product teams, and customer support to deliver new features and scalability initiatives.
Provide insights into performance via logging, tracing, and metrics; enable efficient monitoring and triage.
