You will lead technical initiatives, collaborate across product, design, and client teams, and ensure high-quality software delivered with secure, scalable architectures.

The role emphasizes modern web tech (React, Ruby on Rails), API design, and AWS, with opportunities to mentor engineers and influence engineering practices across the organization.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Expert-level React and Ruby on Rails experience.
• Designing and consuming RESTful APIs; AWS cloud-native development.
• Experience with Datadog and observability tooling.
• Strong software architecture, CI/CD, and modern practices.
• Ability to leverage AI-assisted development tools responsibly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Tier 4 Public Trust or higher clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of complex full stack apps.
• Plan technical roadmaps with minimal guidance.
• Collaborate with product, design, and client stakeholders.
