Ladders is seeking a Staff Software Engineer, Frontend (Decisions Orchestration) to shape frontend technical strategy for a high-impact team focused on durable web experiences that support complex decisioning workflows.

You will partner with product management, design, and analytics to balance technical sustainability, delivery speed, and operational risk, while providing strong engineering leadership to raise quality standards and team effectiveness.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience developing and architecting web applications using modern frameworks.
• Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frontend toolchains.
• Experience delivering major features and defining technical execution plans.
• Ability to navigate from low-level language idioms to large system architecture.
• Demonstrated growth through feedback iteration with peers.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities
