Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience developing and architecting web applications using modern frameworks.

This role will shape frontend technical strategy for a high-impact team, with a focus on building durable web experiences that support complex decisioning workflows. You will partner closely with product management, design, and analytics to balance technical sustainability, delivery speed, and operational risk. The position also calls for strong engineering leadership, helping raise quality standards, guide execution, and strengthen team effectiveness over time.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $181,000 – $241,000 annually
