Qualifications

• Experience with OLTP databases in product-oriented systems.
• Strong SQL, indexing, and schema design for high-volume apps.
• Proficiency in migrations with zero-downtime in production.
• Hands-on coding and production-grade software engineering.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead migration of product workloads and data platform evolution.
• Define data ownership and storage location for new features.
• Build reusable data-platform primitives (ORMs, data-sync tooling).
• Collaborate with Product and Platform teams to scale data infrastructure.
