Job summary

Sidecar Health is seeking a Staff Software Engineer, Full Stack (Enabling Plan and Benefits Data) to own data pipelines and integrations powering Snowflake analytics and partner delivery. This remote role prefers candidates based in CA, OR, or WA, and you will set technical direction for data at scale.

You will mentor engineers, accelerate pricing data workflows, and collaborate with product and operations to translate business needs into durable systems supporting a fast-paced, mission-driven

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience with data-intensive systems.
• Experience building and operating data pipelines at scale (Snowflake preferred).
• Proven ability to lead teams and unblock others.
• Strong communication with non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with healthcare data is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the data pipeline platform delivering data to Snowflake and partners.
• Design, build, and maintain third-party data integrations.
• Create internal tools to automate operations and pricing workflows.
• Ensure data quality, lineage, and auditability.
• Set data infrastructure direction and evaluate modern patterns.
• Mentor engineers and raise technical bar.
• Collaborate with product, operations, and pricing stakeholders.
• Uphold reliability, observability, and testing standards.
