Job summary

Prominence Advisors is actively seeking a Data Engineer (Snowflake) to join our team. You will design, build, and maintain pipelines and workflows that transform raw sources into clean, analytics-ready data in Snowflake.

Our ideal candidate has deep Snowflake experience, strong SQL and Python skills, and familiarity with dbt, Airflow, and CI/CD. We offer a fully remote role for US-based candidates with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in data engineering or related roles.
• 2+ years Snowflake production experience with tuning and credits management.
• Python or similar language proficiency.
• Experience with ETL/ELT, data warehousing concepts, and dimensional modeling.
• Experience with cloud providers (AWS/Azure/GCP) and related data workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain data pipelines and workflows.
• Transform diverse sources into analytics-ready Snowflake structures.
• Collaborate with client architects and analysts to explain tradeoffs.
• Implement CI/CD and DevOps practices for repeatable deployments.
• Optimize performance and cost across Snowflake environments.
