The position emphasizes writing quality, case strategy support, and collaboration with senior attorneys. The role requires a JD, at least three years of litigation experience, and active bar admission.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• At least three years of litigation experience with a focus on drafting and writing.
• Active membership in good standing with at least one U.S. State Bar.

Responsibilities

• Draft, revise, and finalize complex legal documents with precision.
• Collaborate with partners to develop written arguments and strategy.
• Conduct in-depth legal research and translate findings into clear writing.
• Prepare memoranda and internal work product to support litigation.
• Draft client communications and litigation updates for internal/external use.
• Assist with fact development and ensure materials reflect the record.
• Communicate with courts, outside counsel, clients, experts as needed.
