Job summary

Latitude is assembling a pool of experienced litigators to serve as Staff Attorneys - Litigation for an Am Law 50 firm, with high-volume litigation. These roles are fully remote, with in-person hearings, depositions, etc., and offer full-time to near-full-time hours.

Ideal candidates will be barred in FL, TX, VA, or CA and will use AI to manage and work up cases. Required are 5+ years of litigation experience, ability to handle cases from start to finish, and comfort with AI-based litigation

Qualifications

• 5+ years of litigation experience, preferably at a highly-respected large or boutique law firm.
• Experience with high volume litigation.
• Experience handling cases from beginning to end.
• Experience or comfort with using AI to work up and manage cases.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and high level of professionalism.
• Outstanding professional references.

Responsibilities

• Assist the firm with its portfolio of litigation matters and manage approximately 20–30 cases.
• Use AI to help manage and work up cases.
• Handle cases from inception to resolution.
• Work remotely with in-person hearings, depositions, etc., as needed.
