The role involves handling complex business and civil litigation matters, including drafting motions and pleadings, appearing in court, and taking depositions. Location:

Duties:

1. Draft sophisticated motions, pleadings, and discovery documents.
2. Communicate regularly with clients and opposing counsel.
3. Represent clients in court, take and defend depositions, and attend mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
4. Develop case strategies collaboratively from inception through trial.
5. Manage multiple active matters efficiently with minimal supervision.
6. Work with the team to ensure high-quality legal work and client service.

Requirements:

• 3-7 years of experience in business or civil litigation.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience with litigation strategy and client management.
• CA Bar license is required.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Skills:

• Excellent legal research, writing, and drafting skills.
• Ability to manage complex cases and provide creative solutions.
• Strong communication skills for client and opposing counsel interactions.
