Job summary

24-MAG LLC seeks experienced U.S. litigation attorneys for a remote consulting engagement focused on commercial contract disputes, drafting, discovery, and multi-turn litigation strategy.

You will respond to simulated opposing counsel, develop a coherent case theory, and contribute to rubric development for evaluating submissions. Ideal candidates have 3+ years post-JD litigation experience, active US licensure, and a track record in contract dispute work.

Qualifications

• Active or lapsed license to practise law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Minimum of 3 years of substantive post-JD litigation experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with commercial contract disputes.

Responsibilities

• Analyse complex commercial contract disputes involving breach, performance, interpretation, damages, and related issues.
• Draft motions, briefs, discovery materials, and related litigation documents.
• Develop case theory and strategy across multiple engagement rounds.
• Create evaluation rubrics and benchmarks for legal submissions.
• Identify procedural questions and ambiguities requiring senior input.
