Job summary

24-MAG LLC seeks experienced U.S. litigation attorneys for a fully remote, independent contractor engagement focused on commercial contract disputes, legal drafting, motion practice, discovery, and case-theory development for AI training and evaluation projects.

Qualified candidates will have 3+ years post-JD litigation experience, active bar status in at least one U.S. jurisdiction, and strong written advocacy. Engagements start quickly with tasks assigned within 24–48 hours of onboarding.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of substantive post-JD litigation experience.
• Active or lapsed licence to practise law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Experience handling disputes involving breach, performance, interpretation, or damages.

Responsibilities

• Analyse complex commercial contract disputes and apply U.S. law.
• Draft motions, briefs, discovery materials, and related pleadings.
• Develop and maintain a coherent case theory across multiple rounds of engagement.
• Create rubric items and evaluation criteria for high-quality submissions.
• Identify procedural questions and missing information for senior review.
