Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Staff AI Engineer, Agentic Automation based in the United States to lead the development of intelligent AI agents that onboard applications, generate API specifications, and repair broken automations autonomously.

You will guide production deployments, ensure secure handling of credentials, and optimize performance and costs while collaborating across platform, integration, and runtime engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Production AI Engineering Experience shipping LLM-powered agents with tool-use capabilities for real users.
• Proficient in Python or TypeScript and able to work in both languages.
• Deep understanding of agent loops, structured outputs, tool orchestration, retries, and failure modes.

Responsibilities

• AI Agent Architecture and Production Ownership: lead end-to-end architecture, development, deployment, and operation of agentic onboarding and self-healing automation systems.
• Intelligent Application Onboarding: create agents that analyze public API docs, generate OpenAPI specs, navigate interfaces, and produce repeatable automation sequences.
• Self-Healing Automation: design systems that detect interface changes and repair workflows or specs with validation against real executions.
• Evaluation and Quality Assurance: establish benchmarks and evaluation harnesses for API specs and browser workflows.
• Performance and Cost Optimization: monitor model accuracy, latency, and cost; compare models to balance quality and efficiency.
