Job summary

Jobgether on behalf of a partner company seeks a Senior Agentic AI Engineer to lead autonomous AI systems development. This remote role is based in the United States, focusing on reasoning, planning, and execution across complex workflows.

You will shape architectures for multi-agent systems and scalable RAG pipelines, collaborating with product, engineering, and business teams to deliver measurable impact while building reliable, secure AI applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in CS, AI, software engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years software engineering experience with scalable distributed systems.
• 3+ years building AI/ML solutions in production environments.
• Strong Python and modern AI development frameworks.
• Experience developing AI agents, autonomous workflows, and orchestration.
• Expertise with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Llama, Mistral, or equivalents).
• Knowledge of prompt engineering, tool calling, memory, and planning.
• Experience with vector databases, embeddings, RAG.
• Familiar with APIs, microservices, CI/CD, Docker, and MLOps.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, and optimization of production-ready AI agents.
• Architect agentic workflows with planning, memory, tool usage, and execution.
• Build and optimize RAG systems and vector DB integrations.
• Develop scalable agent orchestration frameworks using LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, and OpenAI Agents SDK.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to identify AI opportunities.
• Drive architecture decisions and AI engineering best practices.
