Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience in SaaS or backend
• Proven track record deploying production-ready AI or ML services at scale
• Hands-on with large language model frameworks, evaluation methods, and related tooling
• Strong Python development skills and data manipulation/model evaluation workflows
• Experience building scalable data infrastructure and integrating AI models into SaaS
• Experience with AWS or equivalent cloud environment and modern DevOps practices
• Ability to translate business requirements into maintainable, production-quality solutions
• Excellent communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to identify AI-driven solutions
• Design, develop, and integrate AI features into SaaS products
• Partner with data teams to collect and prepare data for AI applications
• Build, test, and evaluate AI-powered services at production scale
• Write high-quality Python code to manipulate data and interact with LLMs
• Develop tools and infrastructure for secure, scalable AI deployment
• Collaborate with cloud operations to deploy and monitor AI features
• Apply modern AI technologies to improve workflows and product innovation
• Provide technical leadership across the AI development lifecycle
