Job summary

The position emphasizes day-to-day accounting tasks, bank reconciliations, month-end close, and supporting auditors. A background in accounting with 2–3 years of experience and strong Excel skills is preferred.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance
• 2-3 years of relevant accounting experience
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and VLOOKUP

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day accounting activities, including bank reconciliations.
• Investigate and resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities.
• Assist the month-end close process, including balance sheet and P&L reconciliations.
• Ensure deadlines are met for financial reporting and management review.
• Support external auditors by providing requested documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and GAAP standards.
