Job summary

Intuitive Health is seeking a detail-focused accountant for a remote Texas-based role with quarterly in-person meetings at our Plano site. You will collaborate with accounting, finance teams, and JV operations to ensure accurate ledgers and timely financial reporting.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's in accounting and at least 1 year of general ledger experience, with advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reconciliations.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in general ledger and month-end close; healthcare experience a plus.
• Advanced/expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel, pivot tables, VLOOKUP’s, sumifs & similar functions.
• Detail oriented with strong analytical and reconciliation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and professional interaction with all levels.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong multi-tasking skills to manage time and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Compile and format large data files and reports from partnerships.
• Record various transactions in the accounting system.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records, including general ledger, subsidiary ledgers, roll forward schedules, and bank reconciliations.
• Calculate monthly and annual fees earned per partner contracts.
• Prepare provider and clinical staffing analysis.
• Perform monthly variance analysis for P&L accounts and note variances over threshold.
• Assist with annual financial audit by gathering support and answering auditor questions.
• Contribute to ad hoc projects or reconciliations as needed.
