Job summary

Limitlessli is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join its finance team. This role reports to the Controller and handles full-cycle AP, month-end close, and cross-functional communication from a remote setting.

You’ll manage AP with Bill.com, process employee expense reimbursements, reconcile credit card expenses, and prepare journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations for month-end close, contributing to accurate financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with 3+ years of accounting experience.
• Hands-on experience with Sage Intacct and Bill.com is required.
• Strong Excel skills, GAAP understanding, and US healthcare experience are mandatory.
