Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.

• Hands-on with NetSuite ERP and AP processes.
• Experience with AP automation tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

Senior Accountant, U.S. Accounting & Reporting

We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join a growing accounting team supporting U.S. accounting and reporting operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys owning multiple accounting functions, and can quickly identify and resolve discrepancies while maintaining high levels of accuracy.

The selected candidate will work closely with accounting leadership and business partners to support financial reporting, reconciliations, accounts payable operations, and month-end close activities.

Schedule & Work Arrangement

• Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Hybrid work environment
• Mandatory 3 days onsite in Fort Worth, TX
• One onsite day must be either Monday or Friday
• Interviews conducted via Microsoft Teams
• 6-month contract with potential for extension or conversion

Key Responsibilities

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Prepare and post journal entries and supporting documentation.
• Perform bank reconciliations and balance sheet account reconciliations.
• Review financial transactions and identify discrepancies through detailed analysis.
• Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable activities.
• Process high-volume vendor invoices through AP automation platforms.
• Support cash reconciliations and large-volume deposit activity.
• Assist with vendor setup, vendor maintenance, and commission payment processing.
• Conduct root cause analysis on accounting variances and reconciliation issues.
• Partner with accounting and shared service teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Support process improvement initiatives, ERP enhancements, and accounting projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of IFRS and U.S. GAAP.

• Advanced Excel skills including:
• Data Analysis
• Experience working in a medical, healthcare, pharmaceutical, aesthetic, or consumer products environment is highly preferred.
• Experience with AP automation tools such as AvidXchange or Strongroom is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.

Preferred Background

• Medical, pharmaceutical, skincare, healthcare, or physician-office-related industries.
• Experience handling high volumes of vendor payments and commissions.
• Shared Services or Global Business Services experience is beneficial.
