Job summary

Lids is seeking a Staff Accountant to help maintain accurate financial records and support the monthly close process. You will analyze transactions, reconcile accounts, and partner with multiple departments to ensure precise reporting.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of accounting experience, strong Excel skills, and a solid understanding of GAAP, with familiarity in D365. This onsite role offers a collaborative environment and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 1–2 years experience in accounting, finance, financial analysis, or related functions.
• Advanced Excel and financial reporting experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in monthly close, prepare and reconcile financial statements.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, AR, Corporate Programs, and Treasury for month-end close data.
• Monitor and analyze inventory transactions and GAAP compliance.
