Knowmadics Inc. seeks a Staff Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting tasks, including accounts payable, billing, cash reconciliations, and setup of accounting structures.

The role supports the Assistant Controller and financial close in a largely remote environment. Responsibilities include processing vendor invoices, vendor setup, billing and revenue recognition, bank reconciliations, and GL/project reconciliations.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• At least two years of finance or accounting experience.
• Familiarity with GAAP, CAS, and FAR; government contracting experience is highly important.

Responsabilidades

• Process accounts payable and vendor invoices.
• Set up and maintain vendors and subcontractors, including new org setup.
• Handle billing, receivables, and revenue recognition with documentation.
• Perform daily and monthly bank and cash reconciliations.
• Support general ledger and project reconciliations and audit prep.
• Assist with 1099 preparation and audit support.
