The role collaborates with bookkeepers and aims to improve processes, ensuring timely financial statements and smooth month-end close while supporting audits and tax-related accounting.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in accounting or related finance role.
• Solid US GAAP knowledge and accounting principles.
• Proficient with QuickBooks and/or Xero.
• Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, lookups).

Aufgaben

• Manage day-to-day accounting activities including journal entries and GL maintenance.
• Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and schedules.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes.
• Analyze financial data, investigate discrepancies, and resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.
• Assist with audit preparation and tax-related accounting.
• Identify improvements to accounting processes and internal controls.
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP and policies.
