Job summary

Knoll Ridges is seeking an Accounting Staff to support the finance team with daily operations in a fully remote role. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate records, assist in reporting, and help maintain policy and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include posting journal entries, managing payables/receivables, reconciling bank statements, and assisting with budgets while supporting audits. Strong Excel and accounting software skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1–3 years of accounting experience preferred.
• Solid knowledge of GAAP.”
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Can work in US business hours.

Responsibilities

• Record and post journal entries accurately and timely.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and supporting schedules.
• Assist with budget preparation and expense monitoring.
• Support internal and external audit requirements.
• Process payroll and ensure proper documentation (if applicable).
• Maintain organized financial records and files.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.
