Confidential in the United States is seeking a skilled accounting professional to manage daily financial transactions and ensure the accuracy of financial records. The role includes GL reconciliations, month-end close support, and processing vendor invoices in compliance with GAAP.

Responsibilities cover revenue reporting, tax schedules, purchasing card administration, posting customer payments, and contributing to monthly reporting packages.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage daily financial transactions and ensure accuracy of financial records.
• Reconcile GL accounts and support monthly reconciliations.
• Support month-end close and processing/coding of vendor invoices and AP.
• Run monthly Maxio revenue reports.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing, including journal entries, reconciliations and financial statements.
• Assist with preparation and filing of tax schedules.
• Administer purchasing card program, upload receipts and code/post transactions.
• Post customer payments.
• Assist with the monthly reporting package.
• Analyze revenue and expenses and variances vs budget.
• Assist with ad hoc reporting schedules and analysis.
• Provide support for the annual audit.
