Arbor Research Collaborative for Health is seeking a Staff Accountant to support general ledger, month-end close, and accounts payable in a government contracting or federally funded environment. You will prepare journal entries, reconcile accounts, and assist with project accounting and ASC 606 revenue recognition, while partnering with the Accounting Manager and program leads.

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Three or more years of general ledger or staff accounting experience.
Experience with government contractors or federally funded organizations.
Strong GAAP knowledge and account reconciliation skills.
Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and data reconciliation.
Familiarity with Uniform Guidance (2 CFR 200) and Single Audit requirements.

Mansioni

Support the organization’s general ledger accounting and month-end close.
Process accounts payable, vendor and subcontractor invoices, and expense reports.
Assist with project accounting, labor cost distribution, and revenue recognition.
Prepare journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
Support internal and external audits (DCAA, DCMA) and FAR compliance.
Maintain vendor records, accruals, and Form 1099 filings.
