Job summary

Adtaxi is seeking a Staff Accountant to analyze revenue and expense accounts, prepare variance reports, and support yearly budgets and weekly projections. The role involves maintaining finance reporting across the business and leveraging Oracle SmartView and Oracle Cloud EPM for reporting.

Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance/Economics, strong Excel skills (XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, IF/IFS, SUMIFS), and proven financial modeling experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics is required.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to build financial models.
• Proficiency in Excel, including advanced lookups and logic functions.
• Experience with financial reporting and variance analysis.
• Familiarity with Oracle SmartView and Oracle Cloud EPM.
• Ability to document financial processes and controls.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial data by collecting, monitoring, and creating financial models for decision support for revenue, expense, and strategic objectives.
• Improve financial performance by analyzing results; monitoring variances; identify financial status by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
• Work with Oracle SmartView and Oracle Cloud EPM financial reporting.
• Build forecasts and models with a strong foundation in financial analysis.
• Demonstrate proficiency in quantitative and qualitative analysis and modeling.
• Prepare variance reports and support weekly projections and annual budgets.
• Document financial processes and internal controls as part of reporting practices.
• Prioritize workload and manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.
