Job summary

Ridgeford Operations is seeking a Staff Accountant to manage financial records and provide cost comparisons for clients. This full-time, remote role supports U.S.

business hours and involves recording payables, reconciliations, month-end entries, and client invoicing. The candidate should have a degree in accounting or finance (or related path) with bookkeeping experience, proficiency in QuickBooks Online and ERP systems, and strong Excel skills, including Pivot and XLOOKUP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance or an associate degree with a year of bookkeeping work.
• Month-end reconciliations in QuickBooks, NetSuite, Sage or a similar system.
• Excel, including pivot tables and XLOOKUP.

Responsibilities

• Record payables, receivables and expense reports in QuickBooks Online.
• Reconcile the bank, credit card and payroll clearing accounts each month.
• Prepare month-end journal entries and the trial balance for our outside CPA.
• Pull purchase price, scrap and expedite costs from client data for a cost comparison.
• Invoice clients for finished project phases and follow up on late payments.
