Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; 1–2 years of experience in AP/AR or general accounting.

Responsibilities

• Record all client invoices, supplier bills, and employee expense reports accurately.
• Reconcile bank and credit card accounts on a weekly basis.
• Match incoming payments to outstanding invoices and follow up on open balances.
• Code costs to the correct client engagements.
• Prepare the month-end close procedures and schedules for tax filings.
