Job summary

Innowave Marketing Group LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant for a fully remote role aligned with Central Time Zone hours. The position supports AR and AP functions, interacts with customers, vendors, and leadership, and requires strong Excel and ERP experience.

Candidates should have 2+ years of general ledger work in wholesale/distribution, familiarity with QuickBooks Online and NetSuite, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, XLOOKUPs, and complex formulas.
• 2+ years of progressive general ledger experience, including inventory or cost accounting in wholesale/distribution.
• Experience with multi‑location or multi‑entity environments; strong margin analysis.
• Experience with QuickBooks Online, NetSuite, and MS Office 365.
• Remote work experience preferred; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support AR and AP functions; interact with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Enter vendor invoices into QuickBooks Online and NetSuite; process payments.
• Perform bank and balance sheet reconciliations; assist with month-end close.
• Prepare billings, apply payments, and assist with collections as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines; support ad hoc projects.
