Job summary

YipitData, a fast-growing FinTech, is seeking a Staff Accountant to join the Finance team. You will manage the full accounts receivable cycle, handle invoicing and collections, apply payments, and assist with month-end close and journal entries in NetSuite.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of accounting experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong experience with AR, bookkeeping, GL, and month-end close.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full accounts receivable cycle, including: invoice review, collections, cash application, and account reconciliations.
• Resolve billing discrepancies and customer inquiries; monitor aging and coordinate with Treasury on collections.
• Assist in month-end closing procedures and other accounting tasks; prepare journal entries and supporting schedules.
• Support annual financial audit and ad hoc projects.
